Here you can find all frequently asked questions concerning Tom&Jenny and our products so you can find a response to the questions that you might have.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship our products to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finnland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK and Switzerland. Shipping costs amount to €4,50 per order. For orders above 50€ shipping is free.
How many bodysuits do I need for my baby per day?
That entirely depends on how old your baby is and how often you want to do your laundry.
In the first three months you will approximatly need around 2-3 bodysuits. It will become
less though once your little one is getting older.
Where can I buy your bodysuits?
Currently you can buy our bodysuits exclusively via our website. Only this way can we offer our quality at this price.
How much does the shipment cost?
Shipping costs are €4,50 per order and shipping is free for orders over 50€.
Can I choose between shortsleeved and longsleeved bodysuits?
Of couse you can choose if you would like to have shortsleeved or longsleeved bodysuits. However we recommend our mixed boxes. These will be packed according to the season: If you order in June you will find more shortsleeved bodysuits in your box then in a december order.
How does the exchange work?
The exchange is easy. Within 14 days after purchase you can revocate your contract with Tom&Jenny GmbH without providing a reason. You can find additional detail and our cacellation policy in our terms and conditions.
What happens if the new bodysuit is to small?
If the bodysuit is to small for your little sweetheart you can of course change it. Just send us
back the unworn bodysuits and we will send you the next size.
How long is my right of return?
After receiving your order you have 14 days time for the return.
How much will the return cost me?
The return will be free of charge for you within Germany. Returns from abroad will unfortunatly have to be paid by the customer.
Do I have to return the worn bodysuits?
No, you don't have to. You bought the bodysuits therefore you can of course keep them, regift or sell them. But if you want you can send the bodysuits back to us at our expense (within Germany). All it takes is a short email to info(at)tomundjenny.com then we'll send you a return label. We`ll then donate them to the Malteser Refugeehelp, with whom we cooperate. They are desperatly needed there. Here you can find out more.

What are the benefits of subscription?
With a subscription, the prices per bodysuit are cheaper. In addition, you can tick off bodysuit shopping once and for all. No more stress. The bodysuits arrive regularly at your home.
What do I get in my subscription?
With each box you get a set of Tom&Jenny Baby bodysuits that fit the size of your baby.
When will you deliver the next package?
It depends entirely on the age of your child. In the first year you will receive a package from us every three months. In the second and third year only every six months. You can let us know at any time, if your baby grows faster than other babies. We will then immediately send the box in the next size.
I'm afraid of not getting out of the subsciption.

Can I choose which bodysuits you should send me?
Of course, you can choose the size of your bodysuit when ordering. However, we offer only one cut in each size. For example, for newborns (50 & 56), we have only long-sleeved kimono bodysuits with mittens. So there is no selection. Together with midwives and mothers we developed the ideal cut for every size and we offer only that. Only in the following sizes can you choose between long sleeves and short sleeves, this then also applies to all following boxes. Therefore, we recommend the mixed boxes. We will arrange them individually according to seasons. So in summer you will get mostly short-sleeved bodysuits and when it comes to winter, mainly long-sleeved.
What if I have a subscription and want to skip a size?
No problem. Just send us an email to info(at)tomundjenny.com with your order number and a note which size you want to skip, then we will take care of it.
Can I order more than one subscription?
Sure! You can order more than one subscription. If you have twins, for example, or would like to give away a subscription.
What makes Tom&Jenny Bodysuits better than those of other manufacturers?
We make only baby bodysuits - and we make them to perfection. Our products are made from 100% organic cotton. Unlike most other manufacturers, we do not use fine rib, but Interlock, a high-quality knitting technique. Our bodies feel softer and are much softer on the skin. You'll feel the difference. Even after repeated washing. Together with midwives and mothers we developed the perfect bodysuit. That means you can find only one perfectly thought through model in every size. In addition, you have the option to order your bodysuits in a subscription. Where are your products produced?
Our products are produced by our production partner Sekem in Egypt. You can find detailed information here.
What materials are your bodysuits made of?
Our bodysuits are made of 100% premium organic cotton. Meaning, that the cotton of our bodysuits is not treated with pesticides and harmful chemicals. In production, we only use methods that are allowed by the very strict GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certificate. Therefore, they are particularly soft and perfect for the skin of your baby.
Are your products tested on animals?
Of course not. However, we tested them on pretty cute babies and they were very satisfied.
How do I take care of my Tom&Jenny bodysuits?
Tom&Jenny bodysuits can easily be washed at 95°C and are suitable for dryers. Since a minimal shrinking (max. 5%) cannot be avoided even with the best material, we recommend to slightly lengthen (pull) the bodies after washing/drying.
50,56,62 ...? I do not know the Tom&Jenny sizes. How should I choose the right size?
Important is the size of your baby in cm from head to toe. If you have the size of your baby, then we recommend you to order the next bigger size. For example: your baby is born 48cm tall, then you should order size 50. Note: Our bodysuits are bigger than the ones from high-quality French manufacturers.
What happens after ordering?
After you submit your order, you will receive an email containing all the information you need: the order confirmation, your order number and the delivery period. You will receive another email as soon as your order is on the way.
How will my order be shipped?
Within Germany we ship with DHL. For international shipping you can choose between post (cheaper, no insurance, no tracking) and DHL (more expensive, insured, tracking).
How long does it take until I get my order?
Your order will arrive after approximately 2-5 business days.
How can I track my order?
Go to the DHL website, here you can enter your tracking number and track the status and location of your order. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your box is shipped.
I have not received my delivery yet. What happened?
Your delivery takes about 2-5 business days until it will arrive. On DHL website you can track the whereabouts of your package with the tracking number from your shipping confirmation.
What happens if the baby bodysuit does not fit?
If the bodysuits are too small for your child (wrong size chosen), you can return them within 2 weeks. If you are based within Germany, send us an email with your order number and the subject "return label", then we will send you a return shipping label. The only thing you have to do is stick it to your carefully closed parcel and go to DHL with it. If you are based outside of Germany, you have to organise your own return shipping.
How do I redeem a voucher?
As soon as you are finished with the selection of your box, you will get to payment. When paying you will find a field saying "Voucher" in the lower part of the site. Here you can enter your voucher code.
What if I have two coupon codes?
That depends on the coupon. Some coupon codes (e.g. referral coupons) can be combined. Others cannot.
Was my coupon code applied to my order?
You will see whether your coupon code was applied both on the payment page as well as on your order confirmation.
